Good Morning. :O)
Breakfast consisted of healthy shake with fruit, F1, Protein Powder  ! Fantastically refreshing and ready for the work out. Weigh in will be later today. Not that I would like to lose weight, but, one does need to know the stats as water %, fat levels and inch loss matters. So off we go....
